BALLET SHOES: A CASE STUDY

A good example of Denholm Barwil's dynamic approach to resolving problems was highlighted when a ballet troupe flew into the UK to join a cruise vessel. The transfer was problem free until when boarding the vessel it became apparent that the bag containing all the ballet shoes was missing.

The show must go on so Denholm Barwil staff called some contacts in various London Theatre companies and managed to collate 17 pairs of different sized shoes to allow the troupe to perform, again this solution was provided on a weekend when suppliers are not always easily available.
